Gourmet Kebabs offers a delivery service to Edinburgh covering most of Midlothian and expanding all the time. If you are not in one of our delivery areas, a message will appear on-screen notifying you. But please keep on checking our web site, we might be in your area soon.
Payment
You can either pay for your order online using your debit or credit card, or pay cash to the delivery driver when your order is delivered. The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Card payments are secure. If making a cash order, you must submit a valid telephone number. Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary. In the event of Gourmet Kebabs needing to issue a refund we will credit your account within 3 - 5 working days.
Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, Gourmet Kebabs manager will offer an alternative for any out-of- stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken, fish and ham, some may remain.
Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value is £5 and you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below this minimum value.
Consent
By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in the Privacy Policy Statement.
Offers, Promotions or Discounts
When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular Gourmet Kebabs offer, promotion or discount. To take advantage of this facility you will need to enter the appropriate offer, promotion or discount code with your order details. These codes will be made available on the web site and on leaflets from time to time, and are not valid with any other offers.
Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Gourmet Kebabs offer, promotion or discount at any time.
Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best delivery service in the business, which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering orders at the time we quote. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
